Sixteen beautifully designed apartments located in the heart of Kenilworth, with Table Mountain as a stunning backdrop. the site situated in the end of a private pan-handle off Cumnor Avenue. We desgined the apartments to provide a comfortable and stylish lifstyle enjoying the framed views that showcase the natural beauty of the area.
Construction is currently underway and the project is set to be completed in 2024.
