The Seapoint is a contemporary coastal apartment building designed to respond directly to its dramatic setting, while bringing a strong architectural identity to the street edge. The design is shaped through layered horizontal bands, deep terraces, and softened curved forms that give the building a distinct sculptural quality while also creating generous outdoor living spaces for each residence.
The architecture balances refinement and robustness. A grounded stone base anchors the building into the sloping site, while darker structural elements and textured balcony edges give depth, contrast, and rhythm across the façade. Integrated planting is used throughout to soften the built form, extend the landscape vertically, and reinforce the relationship between architecture and environment.
A key focus of the design was to create a building that feels both luxurious and livable. Large openings, expansive terraces, and carefully framed views allow for seamless indoor-outdoor living, while the massing has been articulated to break down the overall scale of the development and give it a more residential, considered character.
